Antenna Space is pleased to announce that we will present with Commonwealth and Council and bring artists Cui Jie, Shuang Li, Li Yong Xiang and Evelyn Taocheng Wang to the ART SG 2026 Art Fair in Singapore at 2026, , Booth No. BC06.

Among the works presented, Shuang’s shoe sculptures Teenagers (2024) and These words change nothing (2023) revisit the tension between ‘bodily absence’ and ‘collective imagination’ within fan culture. Functioning as vessels for memory, the sculptures simultaneously reconstruct an illusory scene teeming with human figures. Evelyn Taocheng Wang’s two new pieces, ‘Copied Agnès Martin’, place historical figures, philosophical musings, and artistic and cultural symbols onto Agnès Martin’s signature striped framework like ready-mades. This creates a leaping yet intimate dialogue, allowing rigorous formal order and free-spirited musings to coexist in rich symbiosis. Li Yong Xiang’s works on paper revisit his classic paintings and sculptures, capturing the figure of a resting youth suspended between passivity and vigilance, restraint and unrestrained revelry. Cui Jie’s pieces, meanwhile, present a stark yet nostalgic allegory of modernity beneath the overlapping images of financial towers and animal ceramics from the reform era.

Concurrently, Li Ming’s work Wavelength (2018) will feature in the film section of 2026 ART SG, curated by X-Zhu Nowell under the theme “Would You Tell Me a Story Until I Fall Asleep?”,  this work employs experimental cinematography to interrogate the essence of movement and perception within urban spaces.
