Siyi Li (b. 1999, China) is an artist currently living and working in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Li received a BA from the Slade School of Fine Art, London in 2021 and Meisterschüler from Städelschule, Frankfurt am Main in 2024.
His practice spans multiple media, including painting, drawing, sculpture, photography, music, and film. Using humble conceptual gestures and particular production processes, Li’s work narrates a poetic dialogue between fragility and resilience. He captures complex emotions and ephemeral moments, preserving them as antidotes to a shattered contemporary life.
