Han Bing


    Han Bing, born 1986, now lives and works in Shanghai. Han’s artistic practice has gradually transformed towards and merged with abstraction. Figurative symbols are filtered, extracted, and deconstructed into fragments, while a new and more diversified visual language is formed.

    Han graduated from Parsons the New School for Design and Central Academy of Fine Arts. Her work has been featured in Galerie Marguo, Paris (solo; 2021); Andrew Kreps Gallery, New York (2021); UCCA Center for Contemporary Art, Beijing (2020); Antenna Space, Shanghai (solo; 2020, 2017); Tilton Gallery, New York (2020); Make Room, Los Angeles (2019); Night Gallery, Los Angeles (solo; 2018, 2016); Gallery Exit, Hong Kong (2018); D-Space, Beijing (solo; 2015); The Kitchen, New York (2013); National Art Museum of China, Beijing (2008) among others.
